Hi everyone,

new on isdc, my name is Epi and for the past couple of weeks I've been toying with the idea of replacing my RX-8 with a WRX. Promised the wife next car will be a family 4-door saloon and the WRX fits the bill nicely :icon_grin:

Came across this car on carzone and I was wondering if you knowledgable owners have any advice for me, any common issues I should specifically look for or any big service at that age/mileage I should be checking if done?

The ad suggests only 1 previous owner, anybody recognises the car btw?

Welcome along ,

the garage that has that car has a good reputation on here , looks a nice wrx , just check its had its timing belt done , even though the mileage wouldnt indicate that it needs it they still need doing every 5 years , check service history also , a well minded wrx wont cause ya many hassles ,
 
Wecome nice car. Tested in Jan is it hopefully still old tax bracket.

Fairly sure the gb270 was wr blue only in the saloon
And gunmetal in the wagon

I'd say that's a wrx with prodrive styling bits but nice car all the same give them a ring like the lads above say nice garage to deal with
