New owner of a classic 99 wrx wagon here. Why did I not discover these earlier!!

It's a 99, 155k miles, little bit rough on the outside, but running spot on. Picked it up a couple of days ago and really liking it.

No plans for it as such - maybe a little bit of a tidy on the outside and then just drive it on. First thing is to give a good clean!

A great workhorse they are. Leave it rough and just use it. I never enjoy mine more than when it looks proper filthy. :welcometotheclub

Yeah, belt was done recently, brakes were done, lots of other stuff done. Good deal of history with the car, which is nice. New tyres too, and winter tyres. All in all I'm happy with it. Better check to see if a bike will fit in the back!
 
cheers lads - @duffman - yeah, that's the one. Driving spot on. Really liking it. Surprisingly my wife (who has always hated imprezas) thinks it drives lovely aswel!!
 
My wife's loves all the imprezas we have had

So I've been very lucky too, nice.

In fairness to the impreza they drive lovely on uk spec suspension and feel solid and reliable
