Howdy,
I have hurt my self at work and have temperarily lost the use of the thumb on my left hand! :icon_cry: torn ligaments,
Which as you can imagine doesn't help when I'm trying to change gears!
I'd normally cope, But I'm out in mondello this saturday on an open day, and then out again with torque-irl.com on friday,
So What I'm looking for is a glove that I can wear on my left hand that has maybe grippy rubber on the palm of it so I can grip the gear knob with out using my thumb!
Any ideas???
I have been to a sports shop in Naas, and the chemist, and the only thing I have come up with so far is rubber brick layers gloves, but they are quite bulky!
Thanks lads!
Dan

I have a right hand if your need a gear change but thats all im offering to do

Can you bandage up your thumb Dan :ponder2:

I was quite suprised the sport shop did't have anything like goalkeepers gloves!
That would be ideal i imagine
My thumb is bandaged up, I'd have to unbandage and stick a glove on!

Dan,

See if you can get a pair of these, id say lifestyle sports would have them, and you can cut out the thumb or whatever if needs be!!! Great grip from these gloves.
