Hey Everyone- Hoping to return!

Hey everyone :)

My name is Richie (old username).
I'm based in Dublin.
Unfortunately I cannot recover my old account as I've lost access to the email address associated with it.

I currently own a Nissan Skyline R32 GTR and a Mercedes W124 E220.
The Skyline is away in Wray Motorsport getting repaired after some clown left a 'rag' in an intake pipe on my brand new engine sourced in Japan. The car sucked it through and got indigestion of sorts- it managed to take out my (also new) HKS GT-SS turbo(s) :smt013 :smt013
Before that happened she basically got a ground up rebuild so while I was of the understanding that I may be without it for a few weeks, possible a couple of months I got a comfy auto as a stop gap (the Merc). Unfortunately due to the possible extent of the damage she's going to take a little longer to sort so the Merc has to go and something a little more special is required to step up to the mark and fill the void 8)

Before I bought the GTR I owned a Legacy B4- I loved it but as the GTR was always a car I fantasized about I jumped at the opportunity to own one! Now over €30k later she's still in the garage hahah... :puke3:

Anyway, looking forward to getting back involved here...

Also- I'm in the market for an STI...
I'll post up a wanted thread on here to see what's around. I've developed a fear of Donedeal at this stage!

Richie.

*Is there any way of recovering my old account with a new email address?

Thanks,
Richie.

Here is a picture of the GTR (and of me lurking around at the back of the car) in case anyone is interested:

It's no Subaru but I'll happily share the spec & pics if you guys want to see it.

welcome back - I'm sure Robbie or Colm should be able to amend your old profile with a new email address & mail you a password

was it yourself that was supposed to do our track day last year in the skyline? sorry to hear about the fook up anyway & the need for rebuild :wall:

With regards looking for an sti best bet is to tell us what you're after - classic/newage & then rough idea of budget

Thanks Brian :)

I could have been, TBH I can't really remember...
My old engine blew in Mondello last November, I've since got a new engine imported & installed but have run into ~12,837 million road blocks on the way haha :( I expected her sorted 10 times over at this stage and have booked track days on that basis only to have to sell/loose my place because the car is taking longer, and longer, and longer then expected each time :p

It's now time to fill that void though- have been day dreaming about STIs for weeks.
Here is my wanted thread: https://isdc.ie/forum/threads/36213/
