Hill Sprint/Bike engine car ?

Im on the look out for a hill sprint car it might buy a single seater Bike engine racer in the end but for the moment im looking at

as you car see its road REG so the ? after all of that is do irish insures allow these on the road

yes im sure these can be insured for road use
some companys specisialise insuring kit cars
and as far as i know the irish kit car clubs have some sort of deals with insurers so might be worth looking into

a man that lives near me has a kit car on the road ,looks same as that in yellow ,zetec ford engine in it.
