I seen something very similar when i was in the Dominican Republic last year!!!!!
A Man, A Woman, 2x Young Girls and a TV all on a bike!!!!!!

He had 1 hand on the TV and the other hand on the Throttle.....
the woman had her feet on the foot pegs so i assume she was changin gears and operating back break
