Stolen from Facebook. Allegedly parked in a disabled space. Turned out it's a normal parking space. Carry on.

I wouldnt share the hate, we dont know the 'context' and reasoning of him stopping on that spot. Maybe he is really disabled and just likes imprezas?

I can't see any disabled permit displayed on the windscreen

Even the way its parked says enough to me!

What does it say to you Martin?

Does it say the drivers a ****head??

Or does it say this person must have an emergency.

The way I see it is. If they are a ****head for parking there, karma is a ***** but if it's a genuine emergency and it was my car, I wouldnt like a picture of my car on the Internet.

If i seen a car parked in a disabled spot I don't care, it's up to that person to do what they want and unless it's directly effecting me it's none of my busy.

there, as always are two sides of coin.

one says - we drive distinctive cars and headturners, we dont want to be recognized like them ****s who park on disabled parking spots etc.

second side of the coin is, who are we to judge? Sure its shame to see, but unless we know context or reasoning of that particular person stopping there, we arent to say a word.

I have seen the other day aprox 60yo lady drive black hawk. Was it hers? Absolutely not(as with all scoobys, I waved at her, she didnt respond), probably had it borrowed from kids to get into pharmacy or whatever. If that lady had stopped on disabled spot, even without disabled sticker, I wouldnt blink an eye.

We dont know sh*t, we shouldnt judge. End of story

problem is, the rest of society will judge us regardless, we are the pirates of the roads, even though we follow all rules, but hey, we have big wings at the rear, we are the ones to be blamed for accidents and criminals...

My opinion would be, I wouldn't park in a disabled spot and I reserve the right to judge those who do so when they are not supposed to.

Scooby or not the car shouldn't be there, it looks like it was parked in a hurry so lets hope it wasn't an emergency and it was a callous act of laziness. If there were ISDC stickers in the window id be a little more annoyed but as it stands I just would like to think hes a idiot and nothing untoward had happened.

My best friends sis and another friend have blue badges in their parents car. If they're not in the car, their parents park regularly.

I have to deal with it daily in work twofold. One for when customers with blue badges can't park in the spaces provided for them because of eejits thinking they can park anywhere and not give a balls so I'm the one who gets it in the ear as if I valet parked the bloody car there. Then I've to deal with the brazen pricks when I watch them get in to their car and go out and tell them not to park in the disabled space again.

Maybe there was an emergency, but from my experience my money is on he's a ****. Because he drives a Subaru... NO! If it was a corolla parked like that with no badge I'd say the same. I drive a Subaru and my young lad is in a wheelchair and I regularly park in disabled spots with him and when I have the badge. Even if he's with me and I don't have the badge I won't park there! Like someone said already, no badge, no park.

A bit like John, I deal with this professionally and also personally, with my young lad. If I see someone park in a disabled space with no badge I will always ask them have they a badge. Not once.... And I mean not once has it been an emergency! Just lazy ****s with no fear of anything being done to them. As was said to me very recently, sure disabled people don't come out at night!!

So forgive my scepticism, but 15 years of dealing with this tells me otherwise! But who knows, maybe this one is the first!

was thinking the same
just drove in had a look
it is NOT a disabled parking space

I said the same Colm and was told that yes the paint is worn off the road but there's a sign up in front of the space saying it's a disabled spot?
