Hopefully nobody here.

christ lads yer moaning like a load of ol women, who gives a fook why he was parked there theres more important things to complain about nowadays....the government maybe or the insurance companies...

Probably assumed it wasn't as no markings on ground but was on others so parked there

If sign there in front then it is a disabled spot alright

But not everyone would be aware of that
So genuine mistake / not knowing it was designated I'd say
Is fairly probable here

ice cream me arse he was probably bursting for a sh*t and had to abandon ship in the first spot he came across

How do we all feel about parent and child spaces......let's get that going ????????????

I was parking in one of those outside tescos In portlaoise one day in my type ra had my daughter in the back but the windows were tinted also car had full body kit and loud exhaust, I had driven in normally no messing etc and had just parked and gotten out and was about to get Katie out the back when this auld one comes up to me and starts giving out stink and saying that "all us boy racers were the same no respect for anyone or anything" and that how dare I Park there when a parent might need it, she was fairly having a go and I couldn't get a word in. When she finally took a breath I just said excuse me a second so I could get at the back door, opened it and there was my young one she was about one at the time. The look on the auld ones face was priceless she disappeared fairly quick then there was a few people around loading cars etc who'd heard what was going just laughing at that point.

happened to me before with a handycap spot. I park my company van next to the handy caped spot close to the lines but withing my own space. Then an elderly woman came with a small car and she couldn't park in the spot not because of my van but rather because of her driving abilities. I was just coming out of the bank and she storm out of the car and give me some abuse, curses and threats to call the guards... I was a bit shocked hearing such a words coming of the mouth of an old lady but did not took it personally and told her if she thinks Im in wrong she is more than welcome to call the guards and I took a photos of my van in the parking space. Next thing she jump in the car park it half way into the disabled spot and went ruining towards the bank still cursing at me. My thoughts at that moment were that the only disability she has is her dirty mouth. And she would be on the first raw in church on Sunday :)
You wanna see a miracle happening in front of your eyes - take up a disabled space. LOL

Absolutelly loving them! All the brats can get parked there, I will park far away enough not to get my doors dented...

Look lads i have at times been guilty of sneaking a disabled parking once or twice when taking the missus to the shop but i have always stayed in the car ready to move if the space was needed and at no time would it have been for a long stay only for quick in and out trips, as for the child parking spaces i genuinely need those for the extra space between cars, i need it to get in and out of the car i'm not what you would call small or regular sized and yes i do plan on applying for a blue sticker for mobility reasons, still investigating what my options are for that???????? either way for me personally i consider my situation being exigent and would otherwise never condone it if it was for spiteful or laziness reasons, but will agree that in some situation people need to be mindful of special circumstances and not jump to conclusions
