Strange one but yea I have a 8 person hot tub there 3 years old
Very little use,as new cost 10.5 k top of the range stereo and lights
Same one on dd for 4,750 yours for 2,500

I've seen pictures from previous AGMs... and those were without a hot-tub, so adding one of those into the mix might mean we need to get a disclaimer on the site to ensure only over 18s can visit / access content...

On the other hand... maybe the hot-tub will make it easier to differentiate what is what so to speak... :falldownlaugh:
