Thats rediculous!! They only put it up a while ago!! I've a good mind to leave this country behind!!

We're in recession so why don't we put motor tax and vat up?? And ask people to spend 100's extra for things down here instead of save up north!!??

my 97 wrx was just over the 1200 mark so thats all ya need. then enough for a bit of tax. 1800 to 1900 at worst.

mine was 2200 last april to vrt 97 sti wagon with 80,000klms!! had to bring in the car to them to inspect it!!

Ok, Im just basing it on my experience and it was never over what ros.ie stated even it being the rip off that it is.

so it could b anywhere between 1000 to 3000 there is no set amount thats a bolox

Ur best bet is to ring them up. It wont be 3000 anyway.

It will probably be the price one of the other lads said it would be. Its just to be on the safe side.
