I know this isn't Irish Lexus Drivers Club BUT . . . . .

I lost the key fob for my brothers IS 220 - car canna go without it and the spare is gone too.

Because the Car business is so much in the Dogs the whole industry can afford to close down til Jan 4 so can't get an answer to the following question:

In theory how hard / how expensive will it be to get a new set of key fobs made???

they can be pricey!!!
not sure of the year of lexus but no keyless doors i would guess so dont really need the blip key....you could just buy a standard key and code it to the car and use the drivers door to central lock other doors...

i got quoted 330 euro from Renault to get another card key for girlfriend old megane, so your looking at more than that if its Lexus
