I know we wnet through it before but..

I have more printouts that show boost and temp. and that
Agian I'm just curious to compare wheel BHP
What car had you on the RR?

2003 wrx sl with td 04 hybrid turbo, gp moto cold air induction kit, k&N panel filter, walbro 255 lph fuel pump, full exhaust system, samco intercooler hoses and full PS exhaust system inc up pipe. Mapped by Andy Forrest for 95 ul plus 1/2 bottle of Lucas Octane booster. I'll have a look to see if I have any earlier dyno plots form when I had it on the rollers before I fitted the td04h turbo.

Wow alot of mods. If you got 211@wheels with those mods i guess 200@wheels would be good for a standard sti.
Would be very interested to see the graphs if you still have them.
Thanks.

I remember she made 277 bhp at the flywheel and 360 nm of torque on the standard turbo. She mad less bhp with the TD 04h turbo and slightly less torque but she mad it a lot earlier and was still making power at 7,000rpms when Martin Tracy left off the gas! I think one of my injectors was knackered as she was at 97.5% of its max duty cycle. I should have upgraded to STI pinks but I decided to sell her instead!

I still cant find the dyno graph. I'll take one more look tonight but as I said there are lots of guys in the club with dyno graphs form Westward who could help you out.

You might have found one that matched those figures but if you read down through the list they vary wildly. If you really want to know what she's putting out at the flywheel you should put her on the rollers at Westward Engineering at the next 555Club rolling road day.

Power at wheels is all I'm bothered with to be honest, as far as I understand there is no fixed percentage ratio and it is calculated on the machine during coastdown to calculate tranny losses.
Where is westward?

In Enfield Co. Meath. Its about 25 mins from the Galway exit off the M50. Most accurate Rolling Road in the countryr as Martin Tracy (the guy who owns and runs it) isn't interested in inflating egos just giving accurate figures. He cahrges about 100 yo yos but you get a very accurate detailed dyno plot and readout.

I'd imagine someone over on scoobynet would be able to give you accurate power loss percentages

Thanks, between 22 and 27% seems to be the accepted loss so if i take mine as having standard bhp of 265 less 25% = 200 atw
or take the readings i got 287 less 30% = 200 atw :ponder:

Hey Doc,
I have attached my last RR results from Martin Traceys
Hope this helps.............if you are interested in rolling your car
at Martin's the ISDC have there Annual RR Day in Oct / Nov
if that's not too far away and you'll also save some €€€€€'s  :D
