Hi lad's i have an i pod and im looking to fit it into the car, what is the best way to do this.
Any advice please...

Depends on your head unit.
As Dave siad, some plug in directly, some use an adaptor that will fit in the glove box and link to the back of the head unit and it's like have a cd changer attached !!

If you don't have an iPod addapter already, you can get one installed for about €120, expensive bu tworth it in the long run if you don't plan on changing the unit in the car.

I bought a cable in maplin for 3EURO that connects to the RCA at the back of the headunit.
