I want one

Very nice.
The lads who do these photo shop jobs should be employed by subaru.
They wouldnt be able to keep up with demand :subaru:

seen that before and couldnt find it after.
i put up a post somewhere ages ago about how would i do it.

the responces were, ''what the hell would you want to do that to a classic''.
and
''itd be easyer to do it to a newage coupe, than type r to that''.

This would be such a cool project for someone to take on!
A short wheel base version!
I imagine (from a carpenters point of view) that one could take a damaged bugeye, chop it just in front of the B piller, chop 4" off the front of the back section, weld front and back together less the 4" bit but with no pillers, Put B pillers back in 4" further back forming size of rear window, and weld 4" onto the back edge of the front doors, chop 4" off the drive shaft, Big arches, Big offset wheels, replace all glass with lexon, stick in a full roll cage for extra strength!
Oh I'd love to have the nessisery skill for this kind of thing!

Bernie and Lepu could do it

All he did was seem weld the back doors shut and put arches on!
At the very least if you were doing this you'd have the make the front doors bigger, so the B pillers would have to be moved anywhy!
The short wheel base I just thought would be cool!
Oh oh, Maybe while you have the roof skin off you could re-skin it with Carbon when the suporrts are welded back together!
Dan

thats savage looking :icon_pray: :icon_pray:
@dan i think you have missed your calling  i would love to see what you would come up with a blank cheque book

Jaysus, that sucks

When I get bored of the skyline, I may do a SWB Newage type r !
I'll nave to wait and see how things go! I'm diversifying my business to cope with the current climate and I'm relatively confident things are going to be alright!
