Ic water spray on blobs.

Hi all I'm looking at buying a 03-06 blob eye sti with ppp. Does ic water spray come with all of them or is it just an option?

Mine is sti type uk and it has ic spray.

Pretty sure they come with it standard on sti's anyway don't think they do on wrx's
