Went along friday to Mondello with my mate who has a Mivec Colt to the IMOC track day. :icon_twisted:

So brought the camera to take pics for him for there site so thought I would stick a few up here as a few people might be interested. :thumbsup:

I remember seeing that Evo with the exhaust mounted in the front bumper down there on paddys day, fooking mental machine, some speed and the flamage from the exhaust rocks!!! :icon_headbang: :icon_headbang:

I was told it went of the last track day and took a fair bit of damage. :wall:

Well if thats the one that went off then fair play to them getting it back to that! There was loads of damage. Mechanically and cosmetic. He lost it going into the S's and over corrected and into the barrier nose first! :wall:

It worked out for them only 160euro for 4 hours open pit time.

Great price I thought for that amount of track time.

Are all these open bonnets a sign that they have to do an oil change half way through a track day :tongue:

Good point though, we should be able to get sufficient numbers for a club track day, we'll have a look at it & see what interest exists.

I was at a RR day when I was an IMOC member, and that yoke was down about 150bhp on
what he was told it had when he bought it! :icon_lol:
He was almost crying and wanted to sell it there and then :lol:
I have to say though its a super looking yoke :whistle:

IIRC that was one of the cars that had got remapped by a supposedly reputable company and afterwards it turned out that it was a seriously dodgy map!!
 
I've Driven an Evo 5 and an 8, Super looking cars and quick BUT I just don't like the interiors and the rattle like hell also :dontknow:

have the imoc got many members how do they compare to the isdc numbers wise

we should make enough numbers for a track day for ourselves :subaru:

Not too sure Mark, the lad had just bought it about 2 weeks before the RR.
It was the day down in Martin Traceys place. Were you at that one?
 
Was that not an engine he had got built and didnt come near what he thought it should have been. :ponder2:

One engine went bang on the track day after four laps which I think was only a new rebuild. :wall:

Its well run man, but I would say we have more members, and we are a MUCH friendlier bunch mate.
Its free to join, at least .... it was!
