There are people that don't know hoe to use a roundabout correctly never mind taking to the sky. It would be chaos.

James May flew it on one of his shows outside of top gear , there was something like 5 or 6 made in the 50's or 60's , only one still flying and apparently there is 3 or 4 different licenses needed to fly the thing ,
