Jap Sat Nav - Can it be converted to work in Ireland ?

Hello Lads,

I got a pioneer "carzoina" sat nav with my new car. Its all in Japanese. My question is can you get a CD / CD ROM to convert it to work in Ireland 

Its a AVIC model

AKAIK you can get on to pioneer ireland and they'll sort ya out . I've heard someone saying this before.

michael .. i,ve the same sat nav as that .. i tried peats who are the irish main pioneer dealer and i got nowhere ... but if you have any luck give me a shout ..

Hello Scruff,

Excuse my ignorance.... does this software just load up to the sat nav 

I thought you would need a pioneer CD etc..... but could not find one for my model on the net 

When I could not see anything on the net in English, I thought about selling it on flea bay  :dunno:
