I can see that anyone who just uses ther scooby as a road car might see this as abuse!
But if you don't like that, then you wouldn't have wanted to see me at Scooby Shout Out last two years!!
He was running nearly slick race tyres, that's probably what broke the shaft!
We drive preformance cars, they are built to take abuse!
I'd say my forester has done maybe 40-50 launches like that between the drag strip and the handling courses in the last two Scooby Shout Outs!
A drag launch is exactly what he was doing there, and it's better to practice on road tarmac instead of grippy dragstrip tarmac!
My one cricism is that he carried a passenger every time, surely he'd had got better 0-60 time without!

Same as that Aaron still nursin the car. Drove the arse of everything before it that had no power and now I finally get something decent I drive it like it like an old lady at times. Ripped the arse out of the Evo at times but it took me so long to get into the Impreza I dont want to pri*k about it. Ah well im sure it will wear off.
