Anyone recommend a good power steering fluid for a 2007 legacy GT?
About 2 years ago I replaced usual leaking o-ring on the return pipe from the pump and swapped out the fluid while i was at it.
I think it might have possibly been the wrong fluid.
It was an improvement over the leaking o-ring but - At full lock on both sides the engine rpm drops significantly. The steering has a nice feel to it on the road but it maybe is on the heavy side for a modern car, especially in car parks etc.
My crank pulley rubber damper failed last week and has me thinking something is not right, putting extra strain on it.
