Looking at a Legacy 2.0 NA

great car no real problems front arb and drop links tend to knock after 40 k and wear front inside tyres after that I never had any problems . Always do the usual checks before buying

Between 8/10 litres per 100 klm so 28/32 mpg normal B road driving which is not great but that's all you.ll get

Thanks lads, I warned him about the mpg but couldn't think of any other downsides to owning one.
He dosent do big mileage so I don't see any reason not to buy it?

Yes poor mpg but that's what you will get . Nothing very appealing About that add only needs tyres for nct check when timing belt last done. Could be due 1 so 300/500 quid. 4 tyres 400 But if got at the right money bet worth if all ok with it

subarus are not being known as economical cars, never were... if you are buying subaru, you should expect that your wallet will be eaten alive:D

joe what we're you getting from a tank?

Is there a big difference in impreza to legacy?

Considerable weight difference I'd reckon johnny . Leggy is a big car compared to the impreza .

An n/a impreza should return low 40s no bother .

Between 520/600 at a push. Not a chance get 700 not even close. I get get 700 in a diesel passat so I don't know how he is getting that in a 2.0 auto impreza

Joe, ask me that question and I will answer same way as you do! I dont know how man! Sometimes she is getting 550 per tank, sometimes 650. Record ap far was near 700 before Orange light showed up.
But, that one sometimes is showing up when there is a 10-11litres in a tank, sometimes when there is 5 left?!
Anyway, latest only motorway cruising.
When going via B class roads, 500 is top what I am getting per tank.

500 is usually maximum I get from my N/A impreza... But its hard to say, because I rarelly get as low as light trigger, usually when I am 25-50% tank I top up.

What I do know however, best consumption I had was on highway, within one day, at morning took full tank, at evening I was refilling and application was showing 8l/100km which I consider big success. I did few 200km/h pulls tho(if I remember correctly it was two, rest was in 120-140kmh).

if I go combined, country roads and town, I am at 10-11, and Dublin only 12.
