sounds like a whole lot of hassle to me. wtf is wrong with a cash booth
 
wat happens with non southern registered cars??

uk/east european etc etc...

they wouldn't have access to see who registered owner is?
 
my mate sold his car for scrap bout 6 months ago and last week he got a letter from eflow telling him his car went thru the toll and he has to pay 3 euro.... he wrote to them to tell them he didnt have the car anymore...he is waitin for reply..... will let ye know what happened

apparently they have got access to all outside of uk and ireland but i personally dont believe they do!!!!
i suppose the eflow crowd want to make it look like a level playin field....
