Main Reason ISDC is the best

All the lads and ladies here enjoy and respect their cars and have nothing to prove. ISDC is a well run and respected club with mature members :subaru: :thumbsup:

I was tryed to find the skyline equivilant of the isdc a while back to get some advise! No luck :cry:
On here, If you need to know for example," what turbo should I go for, for 380BHP on a 2.5 with the fastest spool???"
You'd get loads of reply's saying," Go for a 20g!! Get in touch with this lad or that lad, they are running them!!"
and it's the same regardless of the question!
Even on scooby net which I joined for a while, when I was trying to find out if the porsche brakes would fit under forester wheels, I got very few replies!

Im joined one or two other sites in ireland at the mo,i also ran my own club in cork for a while,but you do definetly get sick of the ''i go drifting on public roads every night...but im not a boy racer'' shite :shoot: :shoot: this is why the i have huge respect to all the commitee members here as i know the hard work involved in the runnng of a club!the advice on here is endless,kinda like a bible for scoobys,and i spend alot of time typing stuff into the search bar,which always gives me an answer!If anyone ever askes me anything about scooby's i always point them to this club as i know they will get a straight answer from lads who really know there stuff :subaru:

hey all, have to say this is da best site i have ever been on!!! when i got my car subaru last july, it was in a very bad way, i would never have got it to this stage without this site!!! lovin every minute of driving and owning it!! :) i have to say a big thank you to isdc and all who helped me with my car. :clap::salute: :subaru: :subaru:
 
I was reading the site for nearly a year before I got my scooby, the day after I got the car signed up and sent off the membership cash and have never looked back, great site loads of advice and a great way to spend a few sundays a year :subaru:

Ha Ha lol, my title for this thread wasnt very accurate was it, there are many reasons ISDC is the best, I was just talking about one reason. Fair play lads you know what they say, '2 heads are better than 1'..! :lol: :lol: :lol: :thumbsup:
 
Hi lads, where has the time gone, I'm a member of the club for about 6 years now, I've seen a lot of lads come and go through those 6 years, but I have also made some great friends, one of which is now godfather to my son .
People try and explain why the I.S.D.C is such a good club, but people forget, it's down to every single person in the club to make it one of the best, now don't get me wrong, I know we have a great committee, and also one of the best web masters in the country " PAULO", but not worth a dam if no one goes to club events or meet ups or keeps an interest in the site.
Trust me, you will not get more value for money over 12 months as you will here, you can only expect out of something, what you put into it...

I'm a member of dtdirl but i'm not a regular poster, must say there a shower of imature [sp] foooks tho some members are helpful. ISDC all the way best site in all the land :headbanger: :subaru:
