Maxol E5 Locations

So why is my Scooby driving completely differently on "standard" Maxol 95RON then :ponder: the difference after filling up was noticeable within minutes. I don't get it...

AND why would Maxol exclude Cork????

well lads i got some pure :lol: e5 in naas noticed serious change in car especially knocklink (thought it was broken) anyway got v-power as i always do for my next fill and back to normal with knocking etc so i tried maxol on lower glanmire road which has no signs about e5 anywhere but i said feck it and filled up anyway and it was almost as good as the e5 i got in naas so i think they have it but its not labelled :dunno:
 
Filled up with E5 this afternoon in Limerick at Garryowen Service Station on the Dublin Road, but the other Maxol garage along there (near the University) didn't seem to have it. So that makes:

One last time, the only garage in Cork supplying E5 is in Mitchelstown (which is in Cork??) :nana:

Seems very strange that only one Maxol in Cork has it. They probably have it but dont realise they have it especially if Paulo's car reacted so well to the 95RON UL

I read on another forum that the Cork fuel depot isn't yet equipped to store E5, but Mitchelstown is probably supplied from Foynes depot, where they do have E5. And it's going to cause problems with the storage tanks at some garages too, which will have to be dealt with (ethanol absorbs water)...

It may be that the roll-out is proving more complicated than Maxol had anticipated or, at least, indicated? :dunno:

just found out they are doing a promo in Superquinn, 5 cent off per litre when u spend 50 euro in superquinn, that should make it a bit less painful when filling up!
