Niiiice! Green and especially the orange really look well.

You can't get the Rs in orange only frozen white performance blue ultimate green I think st mk2 comes in the orange

great video Ciaran I love the mk 2 frs in white ,you forgot the matte black wrap in the mk2 rs 500

Ha yes I did dec could be argued that's a separate car though hehe :goodpost:

Would love an Imperial blue Cossie...may be dated but it's a classic and in years to come will be the desirable one
Like an eejit I walked away from buying a mint original one about 5 yrs ago. Still regret it

the cossie will always have a huge following but you know the way people say you should never meet your heros ?I remember when I was a young lad I had pics and models of cossies all colour and rally liveries and then when I was 17 my mate bought a sapphire 4x4 cossie ,he was a lazy fucker and every where we went he would get me to drive :multijump:it was like winning the lotto 17 and at the wheel of a 370 bhp saph built by ma developments in uk absolutely awesome car .fast forward maybe ten years and my boss bought a 20000 mile big turbo escort cossie fabulous car in imperial blue 1 owner Dagenham ford then my boss so it comes in for a service and he says that its hesitating at 60-70 mph so I have to do a road test :653: out the road I go and from the time I left the garage I was devastated all my dreams of driving an escort cossie shattered it was horrible not even half the car the saph was even a standard saph completely turned me off them the frs on the other hand in mk1 or mk2 form are very rewarding cars to drive so well balanced so no man I don't agree about owning an escort unfortunately, pity because they are gorgeous to look at .

A brother of mine owned a Sapphire Cossie. ..he loved it. (so did I)...only sold it on cos it was a weekend car and he hadn't a garage to keep her in....that was mainly the reason that I walked away from the escort....I lived beside the sea at the time and didn't have a garage. ...the sea air wudda destroyed her

Remember the first 3 escorts came in to ireland
Think a red ,blue and green came in first
I worked in a ford dealer at the time
The boys in cork crashed one before it even arrived
There was a mental one on Wicklow belonging to Kelly's car centre
I could be wrong but I think it was 850bhp or 550 bhp so long ago i forget in around 1999 a green one
Was the most powerful one in the country I think
Someone should know it
Used to see a red one every day for a few years the feeling I would get when I seen it
Very sorry to hear they are one. Of your heros you don't want to drive
Had a drive of a 850i last year and I wish I didn't for that very reason
Some dreams are best left as that

Think the green one was originally owned by a guy my dad knows.
It was often seen in mondello doing pace car and at all the hill climbs.

He had a sierra cosworth then got the escort.spent money tuning it in the uk.
Was around mondello in it with him and it was fast.

He then bought a heavily tuned R32 skyline GTR, that was bananas altogether!
Got a spin up cruagh hill climb in it with him.mental car.

Apparently that's just a breakers in Poland :dontknow:

No worse than any other breakers of performance cars. Sure how many lovely Scooby's have ended up in worse state in yards in this country.
