metal on metal grindind

up date

After finding the grinding noise great but I think I have had a broken front spring for a while and up on lift it came loose I was on lowering springs made by pca dynamics peter Cambridge x prodrive one nice guy I was on to him today he is getting a new spring made and sending it on free of charge.
 
Jesus I had the same issue man and I never knew until upgrading the shocks and springs.
They're new enough too aren't they?
Good he's sorting it FOC anyway man ????
