no drop i power really i think twin turbo are 280hp where single is 276 but i think power comes on a bit earlier maybe, and no boxer rumble either because of equal length headers. BL5008893 is a chassis number you can give them but i expect it to be mad money from Subaru. Check my blog for audio install info, I have standard wheels doin i was going to respray and use but am still undecided about them. You can change wheels down the road easily, always ones on sale here for good money,

may not pass nct with that exhaust either with new testing of noise db's from exhaust, unless its already NCT'ed or NCT guarantee, you have no problem

single din radio can be put in between the 2 air vents in the center console though you do need to buy some other adapter and that for it to work and some splicing into factory wiring

im honestly after gettin a crackin deal on this leggy, so gonna run with it if its all kosher

Any idea where i would get that adaptor Altezza dan? ive searched all the forums and ebay etc

Cheers altezza dan, nice one. Im starting to think im gonna have to put buyin it on hold as i cant find a standard exhaust for it, really frustrating, the exhaust on it is just too loud, i believe ya can stuck a muffler into it, but none is with the car.

At the end of me teather here, if i cant get one by friday, ill have to give up, beauty of a car, im a rep, so cant be pullin up to cliebts with that noisy bugger. can deal with the juice and all that but the exhaust will be a deal breaker.

If anyone out there can help please P.M meor post it here
 
Has the dealer no other Legacy that he can swap the exhaust with??? Im sure he would be more than willing if it meant a sale or no sale.

doubt you could just slap one standard back box on an aftermarket system, piping shape and diameter would be totally different. If you knew what make it was then maybe you could get a baffle to suit it online. if you really want it keep the revs low when approaching customers, most people dont know what the car is when the see it, just say its a passat with a crack on the manifold! Is it NCT'ed at all? ot any gurantee of passing?, few legacy's around Ballymount surely the could swap with if it meant shifting a car off the forecourt
 
he hasnt no, only one he has! pain in the whole. dan i may be able to get the rear pipe, how much u want for your back boxes?
 
really pullin my hair out here (whats left of it) think i might have to leave it if i cant sort this out, just cant drive it with that exhaust on it, does anyone know if any of the old model pipes would fit?
 
how loud is it? have you driven it and its very loud or just at idling from cold start up? These do rev to nearly 2k revs to let the engine warm up quicker.
