My car has one of these. Where in the car would it be and if i take it out will it read in kph perfectly again??

As far as I know it does.

There is two ways to de limit the car. By using a 5/8 gearbox on the back of you speedo if it is a cable driven one. Or it is delimited at the ecu using a speed sensor.

you should be grand with pfc ..you will not be limited to 112!
