Fukers failed me again cause backing plates are missing and I asked the guy why and he said if manufacture put them there they must be there said its a new rule.

They won't notice them missing if you get a fresh test done. No point wasting money putting new ones on, it's just they were always going to look for them at the retest

No do it straight away, it'll be at least 28 days before you get a retest.
Shouldn't have said to get a retest as they would be looking for them. Take in as new test and do NOT produce any paperwork for previous test, as this will just highlight the area (if your not putting the back plates on)
