NCT Question again

Had the car in last week for NCT, failed on the number plates even tough the exact same car with the exact same plates passed last time around...WTF

Anyway was on to NCT head office and they told me that since the last time I got it passed a new addition to the regulations had come in, "Marks, other than those prescribed, on the plate within the boundary shown in the diagram"

I have asked for an explation as to what exactly this means cause it don't make sense to me.

Did this happen to anyone else

As tommy said Gerry, the font is the problem. Finicky Fookers, prob jealous of the nice car

yup , seems to be a chunky font compared to the norm , bit of a slant on it as well , just a jealous pri*k in the nct centre id say man ,

Nct are very strict on plates even though ur plates are grand to pass the guards but u need the plain garage plates to pass the test and i cant understand why they do This
