Nct Question

I have my nct coming up in january and i changed my uk wrx taillights for the sti ones and just thinking now that i have no fog light so would this fail the nct :ponder2:
 
I don't think it will. I pulled the fuse for the front fog lights on my 98 turbo when I put it through the test so they couldn't check the alinement and it passed. I think its the UK that has to have a fog light fitted for MOT.
 
So ill either have to put the original lights back in or get a foglight and bolt it on the bottom of the bumper same as some of the jap type subarus to get it through the test
 
Pull out the switch and you'll go through alright. Think a few lads have done it here. If they see a switch, then they'll fail you for it not working but no switch equals no fog needed
 
as said joe if the switch is there they check if its working get a blank for it and pull the switch,they wont know any difference
 
My car failed on the same. JDM tail light but switch is still there on the dash :hammerhead: Will see soon if the -no switch,no problem- works

If yours is for a retest surely they will fail it again if the switch is removed as they'd know it was there in the last test.
