I was looking at a wrx today,the test is out the end off the month,it has a decat in it and the guy said it passed the test dat way the

last time it went,is dat possible
 
Pure bullsh1t he's telling you.
That car would fail the emissions test straight away without
A cat fitted.
 
lads he said it has a decat.. but didnt say much more.
they have 2 cats dont they,
maybo only one was removed

it could still have the cat on the down pipe
giving it a slight chance to pass.

(or he could just be totally bull shitting)
 
Never heard of any Classic having 2 cats.

Maybe its a high flow sports cat thats on it?

No way will it pass with a decat, unless you have paid a few quid extra if you know what i mean :smokin: :shhh:
 
Don't know about the classics but the newer impreza's have too cats if you take out the second one it'll still pass but not if you take out the first one though
 
Mine had 2 cats when I got it. One just off the turbo
And the second in the center section (kinda small one)

Removed both because a lad on here gave me a free 3" blitz nur spec exhaust.

only one cat in a classic. On downpipe. Thats not a cat in centre section its a resonator box.
