Passed the NCT today with flying colours...although the guy tried to fail me...he said my headlights weren't working at all! I did a complete light check before I left it in the "capable" hands of the tester, they were fine 20 mins earlier so I was a bit baffled by this supposed problem, thinkin to myself "what has this fella done to my car?" Went out to the car and turned the lights on, Liz says "yeah they're working". The guy says "no, not working"??? ARGH!!! 
Then he gets down for closer inspection and near blinds himself...and says "oh HID's..."
What a waste of 50 euro but at least it might help me sell her, although now I really don't wanna let her go
