Hi Folks,
Put the B4 through the NCT this morning,not due till May. Anyway,Failed on Emissions and front and rear anti roll bar bushings.
Just wondering is there any particular brand etc recommended by lads on here?
Also,Any tips on getting the emissions down?

Go with genuine Subaru replacements for the bushes :thumbsup:

As for the emissions, did it fail by much? A good dose of diptane and drive high revs off bost to the test center will reduce the emissions but depends how much it failed by. If using diptane though, don't drive on full boost until it completely gone out of the system as it reduces the octane rating of the petrol.

Was thinking of Dipetane alright. Out a nice bit on emissions,car still not boosting properly,hoping to do the solenoid box during the week to see if that sorts it.
Carroll and Roche for the Bushes?
 
C&r for the bushes alright.

If it's well out, then you may have a problem with the cat or lambda sensor. Post up the results and someone who's more up on that stuff may be able to advise better :thumbsup:
