wasnt overly impressed with time taken to break window seeing as something was definatly wrong with this chap .

I'm sorry if anyone is offended by this but , that is extremely poor reaction by the rescuers.Firstly the length of time they stood around looking in as the chap was slowly slipping into unresponsiveness, he was obviously not aware of what as going on, so there was no need to wait for permission to enter vehicle also the build up of condensation around windows would have been an indication that something was wrong. Secondly one of the first things that should have been done is kill the engine once you got in ,directly following that or if possible at the same time, oxygen should have been administered to counteract the effects of the carbon monoxide
