Need pluming advice.

Cheers lads have a sewage smell in en suite but I cant seem to track it it is kinda intermittent like after rain today very strong also en suite has no windows so electric fan going all the time had county council out but they where no use any ideas I could check myself cheers.
 
Are you using the ensuite all the time ?

Could be the trap in either the basin or the shower being siphoned out when you flush the jacks
 
Use the jacks all right but shower seldom used as there are 3 bathrooms in house is there anything I can do myself or will I ring a plumber cheers.
 
Make sure the vent from the sewer line is higher than toilet or shower outtlet
