Went to england and got this at the weekend. did 500 miles in it and it wofts along at 70mph as silent as you like. 7 of us bought it to share. We all travel to matches together and have a lash of weddings coming up too . in january its 30 years old so cheap everything

Is that one of those mercs with no motors, everything is hydraulic so everything that works, seats, windows etc are silent?
 
savage..love mercs...the older ones are the best built cars you can buy every square inch of it feels quailty
 
:multijump: 7 of us went spinning in it last night. the thing just make me smile wofting along in comfort and cool flag pole on the bonnet for the tri-colour toooooo.

@ Norris . I shouldn't have the net cause if i see i want and if its cheap i want even more. :icon_grin: I just love machines of all descriptions, from motorbikes to silage harvesters its all good
 
Used to drive one of those as a wedding car myself. Comfort isn't the word for it. They just glide along.
 
Lads the number plate is worth double the car but its not taxed n tested. saw very similar one go for £2k. anyone know if when it hits 30 years old (this jan) it might be MOT exempt then....
