The first movie (WHEN IT CAME OUT) was good. If you watch it now you think, my God that is so cheezy. Just like Top Gun...brilliant the first time you watch it. Then someone tells you is a gay movie, then you watch it again and it actually is!

in reality the car scene is not pure swiss cheese, thats why i hated the movies, apart from the first one as it was pretty original, and at the time i was into cars like that. not any more though. i still love the Jetta out of the first movie though, and the black civics
