Just another question, and i believe its a common problem
When going from lock to lock it is slightly notchy and whines on full lock
Steering pump?

Welcome darren. I had the same steering issue and a change of power steering belt sorted it out

Had a quick look under the car today, small bit of fluid on the steering rack, so not a simple belt fix
But everything else is A1, not 1 rubber worn or perished. Just need 2 CV boots

Will be for sale soon unfortunatly...
