Not sure what section to put it in if I start a new thread but heres a few quick pics and spec,

First will be to give hera service an oil change, not due but I always do it on a car new to me, then its pay the VRT (Ill confirm the pain after Ive coughed up) and shes booked in for that early March

Spec is fairly basic with a few small mods:
Full in car electric adjustable Tein coilovers
APS – 3inch stainless exhaust – turbo back
APS dump valve
Walbro 255 Fuel pump
Excedy clutch
Other STI usuals - Brembo’s all round – with brand new discs and pads
Apexi turbo timer
Currently on 18” Prodrive Tarmac alloys with Bridgestone Potenzas

Anyway herse some pics before I get detailing...

And the younger brother (who is going to join also) is in the middle of getting his WRX on the road, here's a pic of the two of them :wrxsmiley

Very nice car well done I'm interested how much is the vrt in something like that?

Well Ciaran I knew somebody had asked and just went back through the thread and saw it was yourself, I can confirm the VRT on a uk spec 2003 STI is the mighty sum of €726 :yellowthumb:

Based on the calculator online I was getting around €1290 so it was hard to hide the smile on my face when he informed me of the total...

Not nice to pay the VRT but hey its cheaper than I thought
