Thanks lads, will do. Hoping to collect Thursday and will get a thread going shortly after that.

Plan in the short term is get 4 tyres and do alignment (they do for free if get 4 tyres, so why not) and do timing belt, water pump and thermostat. Then take a look and see what else needs doing. Garage said they did a service, but will probably do oil and filter as not sure what they would have used and diff and transmission oil change while at it too. See then what else comes up, do the maintenance bits first and decide what enhancements to do then.
 
Good call man, some of the guys here use some gear oil that's supposed be good, slick something or other... One of them be on to confirm lol
Well worth doing, I'd a bit of cog pop come out on the magnetic plug ???? safer out of the box anyway lol

Youre referring to Millers?

I use Motul 10-40, it?s what Finnegans use so I guess it?s good enough for the age of these cars.
 
Is it millers yeah? Slick something was deffo in the name anyway, Hassen and Ciaran use it I think...

Must get some myself, BTW Hassen, millers nanodrive oil gone in my car too, I'll let you know how it is ????????

Good stuff. You might notice the oil temp will run slightly lower when giving it the beans next [emoji12]
