Coming from the wr1 witch was single scroll to the spec c twinscroll I could feel a difference the twin was just quicker to spool up
I still haven't had the car mapped but as soon as I do I'll let you know what it's like at full chatt.

Only downside for me was missing the Subaru rumble.
But I'm loving the rasp now ��

Some of the lads in the UK are running the twinscroll set up on classic Impreza's with great results as they are lighter cars
 
Seems like twin scroll is a winner hands down and only the sentiment to the good ol exaust tune is in the way. Would be nice to give a feedback after get it mapped. I thinks Ross is in the same boat?
 
twinscroll Has an amazing sound especially through a nurspec and there is so many reasons why its better than single scroll but I'd miss the subaru rumble way to much . For me the rumble is what makes a subaru different to every other fast saloon on the road .
 
The 2.5 twinscroll route on imprezas is not ideal. Can have negitive effects.

But on 2.5 tax hawks if rebuilding a 2.1 stroker twin scroll build is excellent with a drop to €710 2L tax is top up bonus.

Bang for buck on new age imo is like Mac macs. RSR GT30 twinscroll conversion of vf36/37 and depending on fuel 95/E5/E5+ NF can hit late 380 bhp on factory engine providing its healthty.
