You didnt buy that car from a Garage, you bought that private from a guy who works an odd day at that garage. So you defo have no come back with the Garage.
Ive seen that car a few times and if its of any consilation, you will not find a cleaner Type R in the Country, its a pity that the fools messed with the engine, The car changed hands a few times and the guy you bought it from wasnt the one who put the engine into it, it was a previous owner, afaik the bought an engine that was supposed to be V5/V6 sti motor out of Galway, it was deliverd down to them and they fitted it, i think it could have been an old legacy block...
