Petrolheads
so what your toughts on the show i was there saturday at the 7:30 show
the percision driving was class and he show in general was well put together
the boys must be making some money out of it 1.5 million every day :shock2:
there was some savage machines in the exhibition centre, that veyron
so what your thoughts on it would you go again ?

Re: top gear live

wouldnt go again........... very average
fiestas were good, so were the motor bikes in the ball
mini cars was sh*t, car foot ball was only average
nothing mind blowing

Re: top gear live

liked the car football

lads involved in precision driving seriously good at wat they do. think its russ swift and his team..

STIG?? was one of display these lads dressed up obviously..

dancers and fire breathing dragon crap WTF????? That was a complete and utter joke.

To be honest was not worth the money and very very average and well overhyped...

If i'd have known was gonna be like that woulda saved the few bob

The clarkson fella funny though. If the 3 lads were present non stop throughout the show and took away the dancers and shite and added car related stuff might have improved the show.

i'd have to agree

have to agree with dave on some of what he said.. I enjoyed the day alot though... enjoyed the show it was different anyway for sure.. the football was good craic and they had good craic with people in the crowd.. .. it wasn't worth 100 euro but then again what is ..

Deffo wasn't worth the money, 100e for platinum tickets when the seats were down in the right hand corner, everything happened in the centre or to the left.

Some nice driving & a good show overall but at 50e tops, wouldn't bother going again.

On another note, my cousin was stewarding & I saw her at the end of the show, she got us into the paddock & I'd have been fuming if I paid the extra 20e or whatever it was for that, just a walk down through the cars that were in the show with stewards telling you to keep moving :angry1:

have to agree with dave and brian it was a good show but very much overhyped 50 or 60 quid have been enough though

Agree with the above. I was at the Friday evening show and saw a few other ISDC jackets milling around.
Not worth €100 and wouldn't go again but generally pleased with the show after all it was very entertaining.

Went on the Fri got the paddock tour whata crock of sh1t, the lads were not on for enough of the show, good entertainment but a total rip off.

Ya same as above generally, not worth €100 by a country mile, but a bit of craic to see 3 or 4 ferrari's doin dough nuts all together, first time seeing the new skyline in the flesh too.

Was more of a family orientated show i thought, bit of entertainment for everyone ie dragons breathing fire etc. Precision driving was class! Had a bit of an issue seeing everything, was about 7 rows from the back and every time something happened every body kind of sat up, which meant i watched most of it on the screen and im 6ft2! felt sorry for my brother whos about 4 inches smaller than me! paddock was a bit of a joke, no time to have a good look at everything its a good thing i didnt pay any extra for the pass. not worth a hundred quid but glad i seen it anyway, no darts north of connolly afterwards either, very clever with the weekend that was in it :wall:. packed onto a train for 40 mins lady beside me fainted and everything

they were mr2's with the ferrari kit on them

I had VIP tickets, didn't pay for them though the job did, but would not be a happy camper paying €249 quid for it. Did get free drinks though but not worth it. And the paddock...... Waste of time.

I thought they looked dogey ... no beatiful soundtrack either :icon_pray:

Thought the show was ok, agreed with the above :iamwithstupid: , worth fifty... maybe. Got a savage seat though, right in the middle on the isle, all the boys walking up beside me for the cool wall

Paddock tour was rubbish, all except the new GTR... unreal :icon_pray:

Defo the boys weren't up for it though, you could see they have done it 30 times already and didn't find it funny anymore themselves :1poke:

@ fenster... the lads were out in Lillies till 3am Thursday night... were supposed to be in the horrors for Friday's show!
