Penalty points NI/ROI

Arrgh

I'm pretty sure a fixed camera got me at about 113 where the Garmin App said 97km while in NI this afternoon.

Are Penalty Points in NI applicable down here - will they send me a bill ?

doubt it different jurisdiction unless ur uk licence regd up there
