Yeah - something about carbox tax I think - it's 40squids extra on 1000 litres of home oil so I guess petrol will get hit as well....

I was watching a thing on tv the other morning and an analyst lad was predicting by the end of summer UK prices would be on average above £1.50!! We can probably expect the same here!!

petrol prices are going up because people want to profit.

it prob wont go that high, it never does but prob wont be far off 10cent anyways.. :( we see what happens after the weekend

carbon tax my arse , its another stealth tax we'll be payin on top of everything else , be better off on the dole

Its all the F**Kin same in this stupid country - everything is going up :angry1: Car/house insurance ,Fuel Prices , even some of the top level c**t's in this country's wages & pension's -Rotten scumbags
Some days i think we would be better off to Burn the whole effin lot & go on the dole :angry1: :angry1:
Every thing has a tax these days - good for the Enviornment :icon_hang: Feck Off :angry1:

That carbon tax was already introduced on petrol and diesel back when they
decided on it.
The home heating oil was left as was until May, so should be no reason for petrol to rise again.

A combination of Greece royaly shafting the E.U., The Peak Oil Theory, the euro plummeting and some bloke called Obama managing to turn things around slightly to strengthen the dollar. Thanks to the Petrodollar...... WE'RE ALL DOOMED.................. :icon_hang:

Didn't one of BP's biggest rigs explode in the Gulf of Mexico last week too :dontknow:

Can't of helped either

yeah we do a subaru drive like the trucks did the protest    would be the slowest scooby fleet ever but we wud cause a hell of alot of blockage wit the amount of scoobys on this site :subaru:

hell yeah id be up for that im sure we could break some windows at government house with the exhausts too :icon_headbang: its ridiculus the way they screw us at every turn income levys the forced pension their bringing in tax going up and now as is we dont pay enough between tax on insurance road tax the VRT when the car is originally bought the money we have to spend on NCT their gonna hike up the petrol again its unreal and yet their sitting there with their nice fat pensions company cars huge paychecks they should have it all taken off them to see what its like to live in the real world for a change

Doesn't look like petrol is gone up, it's actually gone down by 2 cent at my local Topaz :ponder2:
