mine is the same , purely a weekend car , and wont be out over the wet winter months, but to answer your question it'll have to be costing over 100 quid a week before it will start to bother me ,
between insurance and petrol, driving a subaru must be at least 50% more expensive than another car.
you'd really be questioning yourself about really having to make a trip somewhere if petrol went to €2 per litre....
after 1.50 was enough for me....only cause my car is worth so damn little is the only reason i still have an sti.didnt think 5 yrs ago that i would have to keep this pita car...

Fact...but dats wot makes us different
Driving a legacy since 2006 imagine if i would have saved the money i have spent on fuel and everything else needed to drive it over that time id be fooking loaded
If it goes up to 2 euro il be done with performance cars(no legacy jokes)
Absolutely ridiculous the prices these days! What annoys me most is how a price drop takes c.6 weeks to hit the pumps but yet an increase hits instantly.
I bought a motorbike for commuting to work to save on fuel bills, e16 per week compared to e60 for Subaru, also bike is a lot of fun aswell!
I'd probably limit all non essential driving at the 2 euro mark
