Heard on the radio today that the price of petrol and diesel is to drop by 10 cent a litre over the next few weeks

anyone noticed it dropping yet

and how come it can go up over night but takes weeks to go down

it did droped lads. quite a few places already selling it for around 155-159. though i would not stay too optimistic, i am 100% sure goverment will compensate it with some "super dooper poopoo tax" to bring us down to reality.

yeppy have noticed it down to 1.59 yesterday from 1.64

It might come down 10c over the next week or 2 but it will go up 20c in the next few months as usual.

hardly no difference anyway,165 per litre or 155 its only about an extra pint (give or take) of petrol for ur 20 euro!!! I remember havin my teg type R around the time of 99.9, it was heaven...20 ltrs for 20 euro!!Now thats value for Money!..Shame those days are just a distant memory now!!!

because the dont loose out on any profit when prices go up and try maximise profits for a few weeks before they have to put it back down. Very little profit on fuel for the garages so in their interests to get the most out of it while they can
