Pilot fined for landing helicopter on roof of shopping centre!

A Co Offaly helicopter pilot who landed on the roof of a shopping centre to collect a set of keys has been given a six month suspended sentence and fined €5,000.

Not suppose to fly below 1500ft in a built up area let alone land on top of a shopping centre :lol: . Take his license off em

I reckon NAMA probably owns the helicopter now . Poor Magnum PI is now sitting outside Penny's asking passers by for change!

same lad crashed a helicopter just outside ballycumber in offaly previous to this and it wasn't his helicopter either!! and a person was injured when he landed on top of the shopping centre, a security guard caught his hand in a door because of downdraft or something!! lock him up!! :lol: :lol:
