Pistons

I'm looking to order pistons on the net from the US but it only says 98+ but the bore size and compression ratio is the same as my 96 sti would it just be the Americans have a different spec impreza before 98??? And de pistons will actually fit mine

be carefull ordering from the states they never had an impreza turbo before the bugeye they only had 2.5 rs non turbo a mate of mine ordered a set and they didnt fit and no refund on the order

There advertised for a 2lt turbo dec so I tink I'll be alri in that sense

so was my mates ones man they wre je forged pistons for an sti type r but didnt work they fitted in but were very loud and knocked like mad so he removed them and fitted cp,s

I'd buy locally as you would have some sort of comeback.

Do not forget that ypu could be hit with import dutie and vat on the importation of these. They may not work out as cheap as you first thought.
